The founder
Tim & Tobi - better known as T&T - were brought together by fate in the catering industry in 2014.
A professional relationship quickly developed into a friendship, characterized by a shared passion for enriching Basel with culinary delights.
After various stops in the mountains and urban cities of Switzerland, we decided to realize our first own project in 2022 in close cooperation with the Bürgergemeinde Basel.
Our mission was clear: with KUNI & GUNDE, we wanted to create a piece of Basel that not only satisfies the stomach, but also the soul.
A piece of Basel that welcomes you like a delightful home, where every moment and every plate is a pleasure.

Our last team event at Stefan Fuchs and his fruit trees was an absolute highlight.
We learned all about Boskop, Pink Lady etc. and then went on a picturesque torch-lit hike up to the Berg 699 restaurant, where we were treated to a delicious meal.
Many thanks to the Fuchs family for their great hospitality and to our fantastic team for an unforgettable time.
