Tim & Tobi

We crossed paths in 2014 in the exciting world of gastronomy. But what began as a professional relationship quickly developed into a close friendship, accompanied by a shared mission to shake up Basel's culinary scene.

 

After various stops in the mountains and urban cities of Switzerland, we decided to realize our first own project in 2022 in close cooperation with the Bürgergemeinde Basel.

 

Our mission was clear: with KUNI & GUNDE, we wanted to create a piece of Basel that not only satisfies the stomach, but also the soul.

We discovered our inner wine connoisseur and not only tasted a few treasures in good company, but also enjoyed the picturesque surroundings.
